CLASS

PRE-PREP Dress, check schedule, notes, and devices*. Warmup at will. Submit Class Freedoms, and if required, Result Sheets. Mentally prepare for the session; relate gently to all. Take places to enter for Assemble.

1:30 ASSEMBLE Circle Hold hands; greet each other aloud then bow to all in form. Close circle and relate as a group.

3:30 JOURNAL All Journal read by scribe; Ss check notes and offer significant corrections. Add remaining time to warmup.

1 WARMUP Alone Warmup body; check technical alignment.*

1 ANIMATE Alone Perform devices to produce animation.

45" FREEDOM Alone Perform devices to produce freedom.

1 C. FREEDOM Circle Aloud: statement for contract* while relating to all; Then, close circle and relate.

30" RELATING 2s Whisper statement to Ss or T. to define current relationship. Relate each time to resultant experience. Complete at least two.

45" PHYSICAL Circle Lead* silently calls Technique* to achieve A.M. dynamics*.

30" MENTAL Alone Silently state the following:

1 EMOTIONAL Alone Aloud announce condition and execute prepared devices to achieve 2 or more at scale*.

1 COHESION Circle Hold hands and relate. Then, close circle relating. All jump off to low form positions and relate to T.

LIMITATIONS

Form This Procedure is performed under all A.M. movement limitations with stops between most elements.

Time No time lapse between any element of this Procedure.
No cessation of internal and external activity.
Cut to room when any student starts next part of Preparation.

Warmup Stretch torso and appendages accenting feet. Technical Alignment is checked from front and side in mirror.

Freedom During the Class Preparation only, following Journal, if you feel inhibited by your activity, an individual, the class, auditors, or the Teacher, say aloud: "I'm afraid" or "I feel diminished. " Then, continue the Preparation.

C. Freedom Verbal devices must not exceed seven words.
Relating: Don't answer statement.
